Jennifer Gorman

Jennifer Gorman DPT, Staff PT

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 2006 before coming to the United States. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011. She has spent time in sports medicine, short-term rehabilitation and has a special interest in orthopedics. She has been working with Dynamic PT since 2010. She is one of our bilingual therapists who is fluent in Tagalog. Jennifer’s extensive knowledge and dedication to improving the functional outcomes of her patients has made her an excellent addition to Dynamics’ staff of therapists. Her continuing education includes multiple classes in the Kinesio Taping method.

Robert Sadowski

Robert Sadowski, PT

Robert Sadowski has over 30 years of clinical experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 1973 and his Masters of Science in 1980. Robert has extensive clinical experience in orthopedic, neurological, geriatric, and sports physical therapy. He has practiced in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, home care, and outpatient facilities. From 1978 to 1999 Mr. Sadowski attained the position of Chief of Physical Therapy Services at 5 Air Force hospitals.

In 1998 he was certified by the American Physical Therapy Association as an orthopedic clinical specialist. His advanced education allows him extensive use of manual therapy involving the spine and extremities during treatments. In his free time he enjoys outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, and gardening, as well as traveling to Alaska.


Michael Buslov

MICHAEL BUSLOV, PTA / OWNER / CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Michael Buslov earned his Bachelor’s degree in 1984 in Math and Science. In 1998, he graduated with honors from the Physical Therapists Assistant Program at Becker College in Worcester with his Associates in Science. Since then he has practiced in both the home care setting and in outpatient rehabilitation facilities. Michael has taken multiple continuing education courses in sports medicine, manual therapy techniques, and aquatic therapy.

These advanced courses allow him to work with multiple patient populations and diagnosis such as cervical and lumbar disorders, post surgical diagnosis’s, sports rehab, and geriatrics. Michael and his wife, Maya, are raising two wonderful children. He enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, and taking dance classes.

Steven Grondine

Steven Grondine, PTA

Steve earned his Associate’s degree in Science in 2000, when he graduated from Becker College’s Physical Therapist Assistant program. He has worked in both hospital and private practice outpatient settings and has been working with Dynamic Physical Therapy since 2002. He has a special interest in advanced training in manual techniques.

He has attended multiple continuing education classes in the John F. Barnes approach to myofascial release, myofascial mobilization, joint mobilization using the Mulligan method, and in Kinesio Taping. He received his Burdenko Method (aquatic and land) certification from Igor Burdenko in 2006. Steven’s other continuing education has included Tai Chi for balance and fall reduction, therapeutic exercise using the Swiss ball, and integrating Pilates into therapeutic exercise.

He was certified as a Pilates mat instructor in 2002 by the IWLA. Steven is regularly complimented on his professional knowledge and his personality by his patients.


Danielle Grondine

Danielle Grondine, PTA

Danielle earned her Associate's degree in Science in 2000, when she graduated from Becker College's Physical Therapist Assistant program. Danielle is currently working toward her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has been working as a PTA in private practice as well as being both a medic and PT Tech in the U.S. Army Reserves. Danielle spent 2012 to 2013 deployed with the U.S. Army providing physical therapy services for soldiers overseas. Danielle's knowledge of core strengthening and exercise has helped many patients throughout the years - from school-aged athletes to the elderly who want to be able to spend time participating in hobbies and activities.

Her positive disposition is highly regarded by the patients working with her. Danielle's continuing education to improve her clinical skills has included Kinesio Taping, Tai Chi for balance and fall reduction, therapeutic exercise with the Swiss ball, and integrating Pilates into therapeutic exercise. She was certified in 2002 as a Pilates mat instructor by the IWLA.


Jeanne Coleman

Jeanne Coleman, LMT

Jeanne Coleman has been practicing as a licensed massage therapist since she graduated from Bancroft School Therapy in 2003. Since graduating from Bancroft, Jeanne has immersed herself in the study of Thai massage, traveling to Thailand several times and taking extensive continuing ed courses. Jeanne has developed her own curriculum and is an approved continuing ed provider for the National Therapeutic Board for Massage Therapy and Bodywork. She teachers Thai massage in her own private workshops as well as spas, yoga studios, and regional chapters of the American Massage Therapy Association. Jeanne continues to maintain a private practice, seeing clients for therapeutic Thai massage, deep tissue, and Swedish massage.

Jeanne's interest in physical therapy began after seeing the benefits that massage, combined with movement and stretching, offered to her clients. She wanted to further enhance her skills in therapeutic exercise and other modalities to offer more in terms of rehabiliation. In 2012 Jeanne graduated with highest honors from Mount Wachusett Community College's Physical Therapist Assistant program. She has a strong interset in Orthopedics and continues to take coontiuing education in manual therapies.

Other interests that Janne has include travel, running, yoga and meditation.


Barbara Meng

Barbara Meng, Front Office Manager

Barbara has been working for Dynamic Physical Therapy since 2017 after retiring from the U.S. Army. She is responsible for most of the non clinical operations of Dynamic on a day to day basis. She enjoys sports and playing pool. Her positive and outgoing attitude allows for her to interact and help patients with respect and care.


Nela O-Connell

Nela O'Connell, Receptionist

Nela earned her Associate's degree in Human Services in 2017. She provides great interpersonal skills and readiness to our patients. Nela aides in our Hispanic Community by providing her fluency in Spanish. Her positive attitude allows her to interact and help patients with respect and care. In her spare time Nela is well rounded with church activities, enjoys outing with family, and shopping.
